Rosemary Beach

Gulf Coast Luxury meets West Indies

Welcome to Rosemary Beach

Rosemary Beach has been a Gulf Coast favorite since its inception over 25 years ago. Rosemary is built around a town center that is home to world class restaurants, boutique shops, bookstores, coffee shops and more.

Many of the homes were designed with private courtyards creating outdoor living spaces for families and friends to gather. Boardwalks meander throughout Rosemary; each one eventually winding its way to one of several private beach walkovers. A number of parks and butterly gardens are scattered throughout Rosemary creating pockets of nature amidst the homes. While the homes all share similar architectural features, each one is unique showing influences of West Indies style with living areas designed to open to porches and open air living areas.

Rosemary is a favorite for guests as wells as owners, but the owners only private pool club is a unique feature enjoyed strictly by Rosemary owners. The Pearl is a luxury hotel overlooking the gulf providing luxury accommodations for visitors looking for a different style of getaway. The old world charm of Rosemary mixed with all the amenities expected from a luxury beachfront resort continues to bring people back year after year.
