I spent my Undergraduate and Law School years in Oxford, Mississippi studying business, real estate, and later law while also taking advantage of breaks to travel and see other parts of the world. Real Estate is my main focus, but I draw on my legal and business training to orchestrate and close deals for my clients. I pride myself on my inclusive knowledge of both the real estate market and the area in general. I work tirelessly to educate myself on what is going on in the area. I obviously focus on working with clients to buy or sell real estate, but oftentimes the discussion turns to restaurant recommendations, activity planning, rental company recommendations, and so forth.
I love the 30-A area because it gives me the opportunity to use what I have learned to help others discover and purchase their piece of this paradise. I have traveled to or lived in amazing coastal towns across Florida and the rest of the U.S. along with remote islands and beach communities all over the world. When I say that this area is hard to beat, I say that based on years of traveling to other popular destinations.
My wife and I live on 30-A and spend every morning walking our dog along the beach and many afternoons watching the sunset over the Gulf. Life is simpler here and certainly calmer, but I would not call it slow given the active lifestyles leading to half marathons held throughout the year along with several wine, food, and music festivals. The lifestyle here is as much of a draw as the beautiful beaches and idyllic coastal towns. It is a great way of life that I always enjoy introducing visitors new and old too.
